MADE WITH RICED CAULIFLOWER

The mix of oats, Riced Cauliflower, vegan protein, dark chocolate and hazelnut milk makes this plant based breakfast bowl by @chischomps such a treat! Soaking the ingredients overnight really helps to bring out the flavors and it's a great way to get a portion of veg in first thing. Use gluten-free oats to make this bowl entirely gluten-free and simply add your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Pouch Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of porridge oats
  • 1 tbsp pf vegan protein
  • 1 shot of dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of hazelnut milk

Method:

  • Mix all your ingredients together and soak overnight
  • This brekkie can be served hot or cold! If hot, heat in a medium saucepan for 2-3 minutes with extra milk where needed
  • Add your favourite toppings like raspberries, kefir, sliced banana, granola, seeds and nut butter
