MADE WITH BEST MORNING EVER COCOA & BANANA

A sweet and satisfying breakfast bowl loaded with protein and nutrient-rich banana and veg. The tahini adds an indulgent creamy texture with granola for extra crunch and cinnamon for a hit of spice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pouch Fullgreen Best Morning Ever Cocoa & Banana
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Caramelised banana slices
  • 10g melted chocolate
  • Optional toppings – a drizzle of tahini and a sprinkle of granola

To make the caramelised banana:

  • 1 banana, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method:

  • Cook the Fullgreen cocoa & banana porridge according to pack instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix together the porridge with the protein powder and maple syrup.
  • Heat the coconut oil and maple syrup in a frying pan on a medium heat. Fry the banana slices on each side for a couple of minutes until soft and caramelised
  • Serve with the caramelised banana and drizzle on top the melted chocolate.
