Strawberry Cauli Overnight Oats

MADE WITH RICED CAULIFLOWER

Get some veg in first thing with this fruit-packed overnight cauli oats. Make it the night before and add some fresh seasonal toppings when you're ready to eat. What a way to start the day!
- 1/2 pouch Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Desiccated coconut
- Pinch pink Himalayan salt
- ½ scoop Pea protein powder
- ¾ cup Coconut milk
- Splash water
- Dash of honey
- Mix all the ingredients together until wobbly (but not runny).
- Leave in fridge or at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
- Take out the fridge and add your choice of toppings. We like coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, coconut flakes and fresh strawberries.
