MADE WITH RICED CAULIFLOWER

Get some veg in first thing with this fruit-packed overnight cauli oats. Make it the night before and add some fresh seasonal toppings when you're ready to eat. What a way to start the day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pouch Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower 
  • 1/3 cup oats 
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp Desiccated coconut 
  • Pinch pink Himalayan salt 
  • ½ scoop Pea protein powder 
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk 
  • Splash water 
  • Dash of honey

Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients together until wobbly (but not runny).
  • Leave in fridge or at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
  • Take out the fridge and add your choice of toppings. We like coconut yoghurt, chia seeds, coconut flakes and fresh strawberries.
