Prawn Stir Fry with Cauli rice

  • 2 Pouches Fullgreen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 red chilli finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper finely sliced
  • Handful fine green beans
  • Half zucchini cut into ribbons or strings
  • 200g fresh or frozen cooked wild prawns
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Fresh mint/cilantro to garnish


  1. 1 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and chilli until fragrant. Then add the green beans and red pepper and cook for 5 mins.
  2. 2 Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and cook for 2 mins more.
  3. 3 Heat the prawns in a separate pan, adding a little seasoning.
  4. 4 Whisk together the honey, lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  5. 5 Add the riced cauliflower to a bowl, add the cooked prawns, drizzle over the dressing and garnish with some fresh cilantro and mint.
